Bola.com, Hanoi - Odekta Elvina Naibaho berhasil mendapatkan medali emas SEA Games 2021 dari cabang olahraga atletik nomor maraton. Adapun Agus Prayogo yang bertanding di nomor maraton putra harus puas meraih medali perak.
Bertanding di My Dinh Stadium, Kamis (19/5/2022) pagi WIB, Odekta Elvina berhasil finis terdepan dengan catatan waktu 2 jam 55 menit 27,2722 detik.

Atlet kelahiran 5 November 1991 itu unggul atas atlet Filipina, Christine Halllasgo, yang meraih medali perak.Christine menorehkan waktu 2 jam 56 menit 6,5388 detik.
Adapun medali perunggu didapat atlet Singapura, Jasmine Goh. Berkat pencapaian Odekta Elvina, kontingen Indonesia telah mengoleksi 37 medali emas di SEA Games 2021.
"Akhirnya imipanku selama ini terwujud mengumandangkan lagu Indonesia raya. Terima kasih ayah dan ibu atas doanya," tulis Odekta di secarik kertas yang dipegangnya.

Agus Prayogo Rebut Perak
Sementara itu, Agus Prayogo, harus puas meraih medali perak dari cabang olahraga atletik nomor maraton SEA Games 2021. Agus finis di urutan kedua dengan catatan waktu 2 jam 25 menit 37,13 detik.
Agus Prayogo kalah dari atlet Vietnam, Nguyen Thanh Hoang. Nguyen berhasil mengamankan medali emas dengan catatan waktu 2 jam 25 menit 07,84 detik.
Adapun medali perunggu cabor atletik nomor maraton SEA Games 2021 diraih atlet Thailand, Tony Ah-Thit Payne, yang finis dengan torehan waktu 2 jam 26 menit 39,66 detik.
