Nowadays, education has become the way to make people human. It is believed to develop people’s minds and sharpen their skills and aptitude. It can give them the opportunity to store knowledge and implement it in their life.

In this era, everything grows fast and competition becomes a culture in many fields. Globalization demands people survive the competition. It is undeniable that to get a better salary and job, people need to meet the qualifications, and education or any degree is always the first on the list. Therefore, people need to go to university.

University does not only provide education in terms of knowledge and skills. There are many opportunities to build networking which is very important to support their career in the future.

Due to some reasons that have been explained above, people should continue their studies at university as the bridge to brighten up their future and a better life.

How do you study when the test is coming? Do you start preparing for the test weeks or months before the test or leave things to the last hour? If you start studying weeks or months before the test, it is great. However, if you study all the material in the last hour or minute, it is not good for you and it is called cramming.

Cramming is the situation when students stay up until morning to study before their test. This habit can lead to negative impacts for some reason. The first reason is that disruptions in the regular sleep cycle can cause temporary intellectual lapses. For most students, less sleep can make them could not focus in class.

Additionally, cramming can leave us with “something that I have seen before” in our memory. However, being able to recognize something is not the same as being able to recall it. Besides that, each person has a different sleeping time, so some of them often use a stimulant for cramming. Furthermore, that stimulant gives a bad effect on its consumers.

An example stimulant is a coffee. It causes many problems such as Caffeine Intoxication Syndrome, anxiety, panic, headaches, and so on. To sum up, cramming is bad because it disturbs our regular sleep cycle which causes temporary intellectual lapses, and using stimulants for cramming gives a bad effect on our health.

There are many reasons for keeping dogs as pets in the city area, but many people feel that maintaining pet dogs should not be allowed in the city. Dogs are often not taken care of properly. They are kept in small backyards and rarely taken for walks.

They are left in the yard all day by themselves while the family is at work. Very little attention is given to the dog and it is not a very good life for it. It is no wonder why these dogs bark and disturb the neighbors and become a nuisance to the community. 

On the other hand, not all people treat their dogs this way and why should people receive a lot of pleasure and enjoyment from dogs suffering? Dogs can make a lonely person’s life happy or make excellent playmates. It can also teach a child responsibility as they not only get to lay with the dog, but also need to exercise, feed, and care for it.

I feel that we should be allowed to keep dogs in the city because if it is taken care of properly, dogs can be a great source of pleasure. As a child, I used to enjoy playing and taking care of my pet. There is no greater loyalty a person can get than from a well-cared dog.

The majority of us claim that we do not have time for exercise. We feel too busy to do that. However, many experts say that movement has a great role in making our bodies healthy. Being physically active offers many advantages.

As a physical reward, exercise can help reduce body weight and make our body fitter. Exercise is also believed to reduce stress levels, improve sleep patterns, and reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer.

Besides physical advantages, exercise also brings sound effects mentally. Due to the fitter body, exercise can make us feel refreshed and happy, increasing our life quality and expectancy. 

How can we exercise while we are busy? Such questions are commonly found among us. Actually, exercise can be done in simple ways. We can go walking while shopping.

We can take the stairs rather than the lift at the office. Or we can go cycling while enjoying our leisure time.  After all, exercising is difficult in a busy life but a little exercise will help us feel better.
